About mining investments our company has mines in Central Kalimantan near the Barito river there are 9 mine there.
One of our mines "CITRA SURYA MAKMUR PERKASA" looking for investors who want to invest in the mine with the JV system.
Mine is in Mejangan, ketapan village. HA spacious 9,999, with 9,200 HP Ha, HA 600an APL and an HPK 200 Ha.
Distance houling road to the mine 300 meters and 32km from the mine to the jetty.
From the open sea jetty to 2 days. Barge 270 ft. capacity all years and 3up 300 ft of the rainy season. Deposits that are in very large based on the data and seam strike we've ever done at 200 for about 41 million MT Ha.
More certainly later investors and our company will survey a more definite.
The system we want is a JV.
We are selling shares in the mine for a maximum of 60% at a price:
USD 1 x 60% (maximum of shares purchased) x existing coal deposits.
So suppose depsito jut coalnya 40 MT and 60% shares are taken. Then the price to be paid:
USD 1 x 60% x 40,000,000 = 24,000,000 USd
U.S. 24,000,000 is the value to be paid by the investor for our company.

PROJECT TWO
LOOKING FOR "INVESTOR"
Our mines have 4 already in the JV by Indian listed company.
3 mines they hold 60% stake and 1 mine they hold 70% stake.
From 3 mines that they share 60%, our company still has a 40% stake,
were 20% "BASTARA PERKASA" and 20% again "MAKMUR PERKASA".
We want to release 2.5% stake worth USD 5,000,000 "MAKMUR PERKASA" and investors should not invest any more.
He's like a sleeping partner who later lived receive revenue sharing.
Mine production by next year and 2 years the company will be listed in hongkong and pull it in 2 years will be ipo investors to 3 years already enjoy profit.
