PT.SUNTECH was established at 11
September 2009 its business purpose of systemizing the professional Strategic
Holding Company under the Concept of Integrated Service System in steam coal
business in South Kalimantan such as combining the task and performance of
mining, colliery utilization, commercializing the product of coal,
transportation, marketing, and operational consulting which were eventually
combined by and with 5 cooperative companies by now. The concept of Integrated
service system in coal business was initially designed and came from the full
of understanding of the actual circumstance and structural reality of the coal
business in Indonesia. We strongly believe that our integrated system leaded by
PT.SUNTECH the Strategic Holding Company is giving us great benefits and advantages
to create an outstanding company performance to provide an sufficient the
customer value.
We had made this service concept
above as above based on our understanding that buyer’s demand in dealing with
small sized coal mining companies is almost impossible for small sized coal
mine companies to provide proper service in Indonesia. This is the reason why
we have systemized the integrated service system of production, transportation,
quality control and activity to provide perfect service to
customers. PT.SUNTECH as the
coordinating body as a Strategic Holding Company with partnership network, will
guarantee the service level of the buyer’s demand. And, herewith, we made
confirmation that we are really able to fulfill the required service level to the
buyer from the procedure of production until the safe loading of product has
done.
Company Support Transportation
With Batulicin being a 12 hour round trip by Car from banjarmasin, Suntech felt it was only
appropriate to invest in 2 helicopters, to take all clients on a site visit to
the mines and jetty. Once the initial 10% has been paid by TT, we welcome all clients to avail
themselves of this free service, which gets us to Batulicin in just 20 minutes,
Our Mr McKenzie will accompany all guests on this Mine Visit.
This service can be used once a month in conjunction with all new loading
and shipments. We will fly over the Mines, Stockpile, Jetty Seaport, and go to Suntech's
Indonesian Headquarters, to answer any further questions you may have. The only real way to see the full mining process is from the air. Our Pilots are American, and trained extensively in the USA to the very highest standards
